During installation
•Lifting the slewing bearing, put it on the support, check the contact area. fill the clearance with casting resin grouting or steel thinner plate to avoid deformation when fastened.
•Use the quenching and tempering flat washers for bolts.
•Use a properly calibrated torque wrench or hydraulic tensioner.
•The preload of the bolts must be sufficient, that is 0.7 times of the yield strength of bolts.
Spring washers absolutely prohibited
•After delicate calculation according to the load, type and the number of the bolts, we recommend the actual pretorque or pretightening force of the bolts as follows:

--When bolts dimension doesn't accord to the standard GB5782 or GB5783, the values should be calculated separately.
--The friction factor between the nuts and the tightened flat is 0.14. Grease the screw with a little oil.
--The clamping length of the bolts: LK .---5d(d: diameter of the bolts)
--GB3098.2-82 defines the nut's grade, which can be a grade lower than the bolts.
--Before final tightening, check the gear; make sure the backlash between the meshing gear ring (three teeth marked green) is up to the standard of gear.
--Tightening the bolts should follow the description according to the drawing.
